Biswa Bangla Biswabidyalay is a state public university at Bolpur in Birbhum district, West Bengal. Established in 2020, the university was created to develop postgraduate teaching and research in a multidisciplinary setting connected with the educational and cultural environment of the Bolpur–Shantiniketan region. Its campus is located at Shibpur, Bolpur. The university is organized around postgraduate departments rather than a large undergraduate affiliated-college system. Its academic structure includes humanities, social sciences, education, physical education and sports science, visual arts, music, dance, commerce, management, mathematics, chemical sciences, physics, biological sciences, microbiology and physiology.
