Who should take part?

Candidates seeking a seat under the J&K counselling process should first confirm that they are eligible and included in the applicable provisional merit list. Read the full notification and e-counselling instructions to check the rules for participation, choice submission, allotment and reporting. The schedule is for J&K BOPEE counselling; candidates should not confuse it with the separate All India Quota process.

What candidates should do

Open the official JKBOPEE notice and read Notification No. 245 and the e-counselling instructions.
Sign in to the counselling portal using the required candidate credentials.
Review the available courses, colleges and seat information before entering preferences.
Arrange choices in the order you would genuinely accept them. Review the list carefully before final submission or locking, following the portal’s instructions.
Save a copy or screenshot of the submitted choices and check the official website for the allotment notice and any reporting directions.

Do not wait until the final minutes of October 30 to submit preferences. A slow connection, login issue or incomplete submission could prevent timely completion. Keep your NEET PG details and the documents requested in the official instructions available. The exact documents, fee rules, editing or locking process, allotment date and reporting deadline must be confirmed from JKBOPEE’s current notices; candidates should not rely on unofficial summaries for these details.
