Shri Davara University (SDU) is a state private university in Chhattisgarh, established in 2023 under the state’s private-university legislation. Its campus is located at Davara Educational Campus on NH-30 in Atal Nagar–Nava Raipur, placing it within the planned capital region and near the growing administrative, education and service economy of Raipur. The university came into effect in September 2023 and was formally notified by the Government of Chhattisgarh in October 2023. UGC recognition under Section 2(f) followed in September 2024.
