Quantum University is a private university in Uttarakhand located on the Roorkee–Dehradun highway. It was established through the Quantum University Act, 2016, which became Uttarakhand Act No. 04 of 2017. UGC records 3 November 2017 as the establishment or gazette-notification date. The university represents the transformation of Quantum Global Campus, giving it an institutional legacy that predates the private-university stage by about a decade. The campus is positioned between Roorkee, Haridwar, Saharanpur and Dehradun, with residential and academic facilities supporting students from Uttarakhand and other states. Quantum University organizes teaching through faculties covering technology, business and management, graduate studies, agriculture and health sciences.
