HRIT University is a state private university in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, developed from the HRIT education campus founded in 2005 by technocrat Dr. Anil Aggarwal under the Harish Chandra Ramkali Charitable Trust. The university operates on Meerut Road near Duhai in the Delhi-NCR region. Its history therefore combines a nearly two-decade professional-education legacy with a newer university governance structure created under the Uttar Pradesh private-university framework.
