AIAPGET 2026 Result: Candidates waiting for the All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test result should note one important fact before relying on result-date headlines: the National Testing Agency has not officially announced the AIAPGET 2026 result date or result time yet.
Based on the examination and answer-key timeline, the result is currently expected by around September 20, 2026. However, this remains an expected date rather than an officially notified NTA deadline.
The AIAPGET examination was held on August 22, 2026. A separate re-examination was subsequently conducted on September 1 for 49 candidates affected by a power failure at a Jaipur test centre. NTA then released the provisional answer key and recorded responses on September 3.

Is AIAPGET 2026 Result Coming Today?
There is currently no official NTA notice confirming September 10 as the AIAPGET result date. Candidates should therefore be cautious with social-media posts or websites claiming that the result will definitely be released at a particular hour.
The safest approach is to monitor the NTA AIAPGET examination portal and NTA's main notice board.
NTA results can sometimes appear without a lengthy advance countdown, so candidates should keep their application credentials ready.
Where Will AIAPGET 2026 Result Be Released?
The result is expected through the official NTA examination system used for AIAPGET. Once activated, candidates should look for an AIAPGET 2026 scorecard or result link.

AIAPGET Answer Key Challenge is Already Over
NTA released the provisional answer key, question papers and recorded candidate responses on September 3.
The challenge facility remained open until 11:59 PM on September 5. Candidates were required to pay ₹200 per challenged question.
Subject experts will consider valid objections before the final answer key is used for preparation of the result.
Can the Final Answer Key Change?
Yes. The purpose of a provisional answer key is to provide candidates an opportunity to identify a potentially incorrect response.
If experts accept a challenge, the relevant answer can be revised. The resulting correction is generally applied to all affected candidates, not only the person who raised the objection.
The final answer key, rather than the provisional key, is the basis used for final result preparation.
What Details Will the AIAPGET Scorecard Show?
The scorecard is expected to include important candidate and examination information such as:
- Candidate name
- Application number
- Roll number
- AYUSH discipline
- Marks or NTA score
- Percentile
- Qualification status where applicable
- Other result information prescribed by NTA
What is AIAPGET?
AIAPGET stands for All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test. It is the national entrance examination used for admission to postgraduate AYUSH programmes.
The examination covers disciplines such as:
- Ayurveda
- Homoeopathy
- Unani
- Siddha
Successful candidates can use their scores for eligible postgraduate admissions through the applicable counselling framework.
Why Was an AIAPGET Re-Exam Held?
A power failure affected candidates at Shri Satya Sai PG College in Jaipur during the August 22 examination.
Of the candidates at the affected centre, 49 were unable to complete their examination. NTA subsequently scheduled a separate test for them on September 1 at Rajasthan College of Engineering for Women, Jaipur.
This additional examination was necessary before the broader result process could move toward completion.
AIAPGET Result vs Rank: What is the Difference?
| Result/Score | Rank |
|---|---|
| Shows candidate's examination performance | Shows relative position among candidates |
| May include marks and percentile | Useful during counselling and seat competition |
| Does not itself allot a college | Still does not guarantee a particular seat |
What Happens After AIAPGET Result?
Once results are released, candidates should shift their attention from examination preparation to counselling.
Important post-result steps may include:
- Checking qualifying status
- Downloading the scorecard
- Checking cutoff requirements
- Following AACCC or relevant counselling notices
- Registration for counselling
- Choice filling
- Choice locking
- Seat allotment
- Document verification
- Reporting to the allotted institute
Does Qualifying AIAPGET Guarantee a PG Seat?
No. Qualifying the examination means that a candidate may become eligible to participate under the relevant counselling rules.
Actual admission can depend on:
- AIAPGET rank
- Category
- Course choice
- College preferences
- Quota
- Seat availability
- Eligibility verification
How Should Candidates Use Previous Cutoffs?
Previous-year cutoffs can help candidates understand the approximate level of competition, but they should never be treated as guaranteed 2026 admission cutoffs.
Cutoffs can move because of candidate performance, number of seats, category distribution, course preference and counselling behaviour.
