How to Raise a Merit-List Objection

Open the provisional state merit list on JCECEB’s official download page.
Check your name and relevant merit-list details, and review the separate not-eligible list if applicable.
Prepare a clear representation describing the correction requested.
Attach supporting documents for the requested correction.
Send the representation to the email address specified in JCECEB’s notice before 5:00 PM on October 28.

Candidates should use the official notice to confirm the submission instructions and required documents. Late or unsupported requests may not be considered under the stated correction process.

What Happens After the Provisional List

After the correction process, candidates should monitor JCECEB’s counselling notices for any revised or final merit list and the Round 1 schedule. Eligible candidates should then follow the instructions for counselling registration and choice filling, if required, and check the seat-allotment result. Candidates allotted a seat must follow the notice-specific instructions for downloading the allotment letter, document verification, fee payment and admission.
