Rajasthan e-Pathshala for Classes 9-12 to Offer Live Classes, Digital Notes and Doubt Sessions
The Rajasthan School Education Department is introducing the e-Pathshala programme for students of Classes 9 to 12, providing additional digital learning support alongside regular classroom teaching. Students will be able to access live online classes, chapter-wise digital notes, recorded lessons and interactive doubt-solving sessions.
The programme is intended to make academic resources more accessible to students studying in government schools and provide learning continuity when regular classroom instruction is disrupted or a subject teacher is unavailable.

How Students Will Receive Live Class Links and Notes
Under the e-Pathshala programme, links for daily live classes will be shared digitally with students. Class notes in PDF format and summary sheets will also be distributed through the e-Pathshala WhatsApp channel and schools' SMILE WhatsApp groups.
Students will therefore be able to use the material both during live teaching and later for independent revision.
- Daily live-class links
- Class notes in PDF format
- Lesson summary sheets
- Chapter-wise digital notes
- Recorded learning material
- Subject-specific revision resources
Chapter-Wise Digital Notes Through Mission Gyan
Chapter-wise digital notes for different subjects will also be provided through the Mission Gyan platform and WhatsApp channels. These resources are intended to support regular self-study at home and give students another way to revise concepts covered in school.
Digital notes may be particularly useful for students who miss a classroom lesson, require additional revision or want to revisit a difficult topic before examinations.
Live Doubt-Solving Sessions for Students
Another important component of Rajasthan e-Pathshala is the provision of periodic interactive doubt-solving sessions. Students will be able to submit subject-related questions during these sessions, including through the comment facility, and teachers can provide explanations and clarifications.
| Learning Need | e-Pathshala Support |
|---|---|
| Understanding a new chapter | Live online classes |
| Revision after class | PDF notes and summary sheets |
| Clarifying difficult concepts | Live doubt-solving sessions |
| Missed classroom teaching | Recorded lessons |
| Independent study | Mission Gyan digital resources |
Recorded Classes to Help When Teachers Are Unavailable
The initiative is also expected to support schools facing teacher shortages. If a subject teacher is on leave or a teaching post is vacant, students can continue learning through recorded classes using school ICT labs or Smart Class facilities.
This gives schools an additional academic resource instead of leaving students without subject instruction for extended periods.
What Students Should Do
- Join the designated e-Pathshala or school WhatsApp communication channel.
- Check daily live-class links and study material.
- Attend live sessions regularly where possible.
- Download chapter-wise notes for revision.
- Use Mission Gyan resources for self-study.
- Participate in doubt-solving sessions when concepts are unclear.
- Use recorded lessons for revision or missed topics.
Rajasthan e-Pathshala adds a digital layer to regular school education for Classes 9 to 12. By combining live teaching, downloadable notes, recorded lessons and interactive academic support, the programme aims to give students more opportunities to study, revise and resolve subject-related doubts beyond normal classroom hours.
