Sir Padampat Singhania University (SPSU) is a state private university located at Bhatewar in Udaipur district, Rajasthan, and was established through the Sir Padampat Singhania University, Udaipur Act, 2008. The university was promoted through the Singhania educational and philanthropic ecosystem and carries the name of industrialist Sir Padampat Singhania. Its statutory establishment in 2008 was followed by recognition from the University Grants Commission, and the institution later secured inclusion under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act. SPSU developed as a multidisciplinary university serving students in engineering, computing, management, science, design, data-oriented disciplines and liberal studies.
