Medhavi Skills University is a private skills university in Sikkim established under the Medhavi Skills University, Sikkim Act, 2021. It is sponsored by Medhavi Foundation, a not-for-profit organization founded in 2012 by professionals including IIT alumni to work in skill development, education and livelihoods. The university was created to integrate higher education with vocational capability, work experience and employer participation rather than separating academic study from workplace learning.
