Punjab NEET UG Counselling 2026 Round 1 seat allotment is at the result stage. Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot, has scheduled the display of the revised provisional seat allotment result for August 24, 2026, after considering objections received against the provisional allotment published on August 22.
The update applies to candidates seeking admission to MBBS and BDS courses through Punjab’s state counselling process. Candidates who receive a seat must report physically to the allotted college from August 25 to August 28, 2026 for original-document verification, medical examination wherever applicable, completion of admission formalities and payment of six months’ tuition fee through the university payment gateway.

What Has Been Announced?
BFUHS has released the Round 1 counselling schedule for admission to MBBS and BDS courses for the 2026 session. The schedule covers the merit list, choice filling, provisional seat allotment, objections, revised allotment and college reporting.
The provisional seat allotment is not necessarily the final allotment because the university allows candidates to raise objections. If BFUHS accepts an objection or makes a correction after reviewing the submitted documents, the allotment may be changed in the revised provisional list.
Candidates should therefore check both the provisional and revised allotment status before travelling to the allotted college or completing the admission process.
