Jharkhand NEET UG 2026 Round 3 Merit List and Seat Matrix Out; Choice Filling Till October 7
The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has released the revised state merit list and provisional seat matrix for Round 3 of Jharkhand NEET UG Counselling 2026. Candidates participating in MBBS, BDS and BHMS admissions can now check their state merit position, review available seats and complete online choice filling.
The last date for Round 3 registration and choice filling is October 7, 2026 at 6:00 PM. Candidates will get a short opportunity later the same day to edit their submitted choices.

Which Courses Are Covered?
The current Round 3 counselling process covers state-level admission based on NEET UG 2026 for:
- MBBS
- BDS
- BHMS
JCECEB has published a provisional seat matrix for state-quota MBBS, BDS and BHMS seats. Separate provisional matrices are also available for applicable All India and NRI quota seats in MBBS and BDS programmes.
How to Check Jharkhand NEET UG Round 3 Merit List
- Visit the official JCECEB website.
- Open the Downloads or NEET UG counselling section.
- Select the revised state merit list for the third round of NEET UG 2026 counselling.
- Open the PDF and search using your name, NEET details or applicable rank information.
- Also check the revised not-eligible list if required.
- Proceed to the counselling portal if eligible for choice filling.
How to Complete Round 3 Choice Filling
Eligible candidates should log in to the official Jharkhand NEET UG counselling portal and select colleges and courses according to their preference.
- Review the latest seat matrix before filling choices.
- Arrange colleges in genuine preference order.
- Check MBBS, BDS and BHMS options carefully.
- Complete choice filling before 6:00 PM on October 7.
- Use the editing window later on October 7 if changes are required.
- Save or print confirmation of the final submitted choices.
Why Was a Revised Merit List Issued?
JCECEB's official download page shows that an original Round 3 state merit list was issued on September 26, followed by an official order and a revised state merit list on September 28. Candidates should therefore rely on the latest revised list rather than an earlier downloaded copy.
What Happens After Choice Filling?
Round 3 seat allotment and provisional allotment-letter downloads are scheduled between October 9 and October 14. Candidates receiving a seat must then complete document verification and admission at the concerned institution between October 10 and October 14.
Candidates should also monitor the portal on October 5 because JCECEB may publish a revised vacant-seat matrix if additional state-quota seats become available following the third round of All India counselling.
Students should use only the latest JCECEB merit list, seat matrix and official counselling schedule while making their Round 3 choices.
