Who Can Apply?
School Students:
- Grades: IX to XII
- Streams: Any
- Requirement: Students must validate their identity before the examination.
Faculties, Working Professionals, Start-ups:
- Eligible for participation in the IPTSE.
College Students:
- Levels: Undergraduate, Graduate, Postgraduate, Master’s degree
- Streams:
- A. Design and Architecture
- B. Engineering and Technology
- C. Hotel Management and Hospitality Industry
- D. Law Students (with or without IP specialization)
- E. Mass Communication and Multimedia
- F. Research and Science

- Registration Period:
- 31st May – 20th September 2024
- Webinar Dates for Registrants:
- 1st September – 20th September 2024
- Mock Tests:
- 21st and 22nd September 2024
- Final Exams:
- 27th to 30th September 2024
- Award Ceremony:
- 19th November 2024 (Celebrated on Women’s Entrepreneurship Day and International Men’s Day)
IPTSE Registration Procedure
For Individuals
Click ‘Register Now’
- Begin your registration by clicking the button.
Fill in Your Details
- Enter your name, institution, email ID, and other required information.
Proceed to Payment
- Navigate to the payment page.
Access Personalized Dashboard
- Once the payment is completed, you will be provided with a personalized dashboard.
Log in and Access Course Content
- After logging in, you can view course content, exam details, and more.
For Institutions (Bulk Registrations)
Click ‘Register Now’
- Start the bulk registration process by clicking the button.
Complete the Institution Form
- Fill out all relevant institution details and provide a faculty member's contact information.
Payment Processing
- IPTSE will contact the institution for the registration fee.
Examination Guidelines
For University Students, Working Professionals, Start-ups, School Students
- Duration: 45 minutes
- Questions: 60
- Flexible Timing: No time limit per question.
- No Negative Marking: Answer freely without penalty.
- Qualification: Score 40% or higher (24 correct answers or more).
- Unique Rank: Every participant will receive a unique rank.
- Examination Instructions: Sent via registered email.
- Mock Tests: Conducted before the main exam.
- Regional Rank: Requires a minimum of 500 students per region.
Rules & Regulations
- System Check: Log in 15 minutes early to complete the system check.
- Time Reminder: Notified 10 minutes before the exam ends.
- No Return to Skipped Questions: Skipped questions cannot be revisited.
- Tab/Window Switching: Switching results in auto termination.
- Portal Exits: Exiting the portal will terminate the session. Disqualification occurs after 3 attempts.
- Close Other Tabs: Ensure all other tabs/windows are closed before starting.
- Device Restrictions: Do not leave your device; breaks are not advised.
- No External Hardware: Avoid connecting external displays or hardware.
- No Audio Equipment: Do not use headphones or similar devices.
- Examinee Only: Only the examinee should be near the examination device.
- Confirm Submission: Ensure to confirm submission at the exam's end.
- Proper Exit: Do not abruptly close the exam window; wait for answers to be submitted

- Score Obtained
- Time Taken to Attempt All Questions
- Percentage of Course Material Read
Regional Level
- As Above (National Level)
- Minimum 500 Students: Required for a region to have a “regional rank holder”.
