Qualifying Examination Scorecard: A photocopy of the scorecard from the relevant qualifying examination.
High School Mark Sheet and Certificate: An attested photocopy of the mark sheet and certificate from the secondary education board, duly certified by a Gazetted Officer and self-attested by the candidate.
Intermediate Mark Sheet: An attested photocopy of the mark sheet from the intermediate education board, similarly certified by a Gazetted Officer.
Passport-size Photographs: Three self-attested passport-size photographs of the candidate.
Transfer Certificate (T.C.): A Transfer Certificate is required to be submitted at the time of admission.
Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of INR 1000 is to be paid via Demand Draft. The Demand Draft should be drawn in favor.
